In My Own Words

My philosophy is that Results are what count. There is a great tendency in sales and marketing practise to get very caught up in the process and thereby miss the reason for the activities in the first place - sales.

I saw the pain that not knowing how to sell on the internet
was causing business people and customers alike
and made it my mission to improve that situation

Sales and marketing are easy if you understand only a few basic truths - people are selfish, people want to be happy, people are just like you - my Richer, Sexier, Happier Rule. If you treat people well they will love you. If you treat people poorly they will hate you.

I believe that information should be freely available to all and that people should enjoy learning. If information is free then it is the expertise in action or implementation that a service business should charge for. You can learn a lot more about my view on things in the Articles section.

Who do I serve? I serve small to mid-sized businesses who want to achieve stronger long-term success with happier customers. I prefer to deal with established companies with solid turn-over and budgets for sales & marketing but for me attitude and passion is everything. I do prefer to work with interesting and unique products.
What do I do? I call it building a Sales Flow. I help business people look at the big picture of their business and customers. From this big picture I help the business to develop and impliment sales strategies to achieve their aims. This is mostly based around the Web as a medium. I can then either handle the work myself or fit into existing teams of providers. I can also advise on appropriate providers for specific tasks.

Often good results can still be achieved within existing website structures. Leaping in to change is not always wise.
